Easy Change of Mind Returns

How It Works

Submit Your Return Request:
Log into your customer account via the account icon in website header, locate your order and follow the instructions to submit your request for a return or exchange.

Approval Process:
Please allow up to 24 hours, Monday to Friday, for us to review your return request.

Organise your Return:
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to arrange it. Please keep in mind that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Make sure to wait for approval before organising your return, as we can’t process unauthorised returns.

Processing your Return:
After we receive your returned item, we will process your credit note, exchange, or refund if eligible.
